Want a sneak peek on how we'll be cooking in the future? Forget about cooking books and measuring cups, future technology is about to solve all these problems for you. Students from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology are working on the Intelligent cooking system that should transform digital information from the Internet right into the kitchen, displaying recipes on the digital cookbook. Main ingredients are placed in the Intelligent Bowl as the system is physically activated with a navigational spoon. The bowl has 3D scanners to confirm the ingredients, select additional ingredients, and their combinations as well as cooking methods and recipes. The digital and fully customisable cookbook displays the selected results. The wireless Intelligent cooking system is made of washable, water resistant materials. They promise this could be available in 5 years. Till then, stick to your old cookbooks.

| | | | | oh WIIIIICKED! i love to cook but when I do, it's often disastrous. I've been accused of using the same 5 seasonings in everything. Anyway, I wonder if these are going to cost a million bucks, cause I'm planning to get one... in 5 years.
