This is not only better for your hair, but better for the environment and cheaper. However, most people' s hair goes through a horrible period of being greasy and some breakout along their scalp.

Oversized sweater, leggings, Ugg boots, sorority bag, and either over done hair or a sloppy ponytail on top of the head
Wearing Coach, Burberry or other designer rainboots...in the actual rain!
Wearing designer clothes because you like the name not the actual product
Texting during class, checking email and Facebook during class, having conversations during class, and pretty much just not paying attention during class
Having 'daddy' pay for your outra...
