To honor the highly anticipated February opening of the largest Gucci store in the world, situated at 725 5th Avenue, Creative Director Frida Giannini has designed a collection of exclusive products that will be offered solely at Gucci 5th Avenue. The first collection, "Gucci ♥ NY" is an ode to the city, and includes Gucci's unique handbag from the newly launched Joy collection, offered in three different sizes, with the "Gucci ♥ NY" red and blue web, a silk foulard, a briefcase, a duffle bag in two sizes, a toiletries bag and a set of rigid luggage, as well as a trolley suitcase. All proceeds from the "Gucci ♥ NY" products will be donated to Playground Partners of the Central Park Conservancy, which will go towards the care and maintenance of the playgrounds in Central Park.
