I'm sure you all have been waiting for that! It doesn't make much sense how with all the modern technology we still are not allowed to talk on a plane! There is a new technology plan In Europe, that's waiting to be approved, which permits mobile calls without risk of interference with aircraft systems. The service would allow calls to be made when a plane is more than 3,000 metres high. I do like the idea of taking a break from the calls while you are flying, but sometimes you just need to be reachable. On the other hand - imagine hundreds of people talking on their cells during the flight... not to mention the ring tones. The airline companies will have to come up with some regulations and maybe even separate "talking" zones. We'll see...
