Who's that girl? Nelly Furtado...

Yes, it's Nelly, completely unrecognizable as a blond! What has she done to her dark signature locks? She looks like a housewife stepped on a red carpet by mistake. Amazing what a hair do can do. Nelly needs to find a new stylist and bring her signature glam back! Which one do you like better the sweet blond or the glam brunette?
