Shoulders are another huge part of the structure of a women. This year, shoulders should be “ strong” and “ appear longer.” “ Wire- rigged sleeves and bell sleeves” are types of sleeves that will make the shoulders look stronger and longer( Shoulder to Shoulder 1 ). Another shoulder trend is designing garments with an asymmetrical structure forming an allusion of a perfect posture( The World Upon her Shoulders 1). Again, perfect posture makes women look confident . So if a women is slouching then most people will not approach her because looks she is scared or intimidated by the world.

This season’s garments feature bows, patterns, and details, many of which were noticed on the runway during fashion week. Just like the men’s wears artist have influenced designers. On the runway, models carried “ splatters, water color, and brush strokes” on garments which were once “ blank canvases”( Art Appraisal 1 ). Not only is art work on garments but also embellishments such as : beads and embroidery( Cadden 1 ). With the added detail it can make the garment look more womanly.
