.jpg) | Thank you msmarieann. I use green tea, and do tons of cardio. I just came from a two hour session. I hr. Spinning and I hour Total Body class. I use sauna wraps on my thighs while working out and I use my vibrating massager 15 minutes on each thigh every night. I have just 9 pounds to go to reach my 50 pound weight loss goal. I bought size ten pants yesterday, hooray! Can you make some suggestions about my comportment during the personal interview? What have you noticed that judges really seem to like? You can also please e-mail me at AllinChrist2@att.net. I so appreciate your help and having someone who understands pageant preparation.

.jpg) | I was able to get the twentysomething website. I thank you for introducing me to this site. I enjoy the youthful perspective. I find that many people my age are so bored with life. I love listening to younger people as they have that fresh perspective I am trying to keep.

a large massager to break up the cellulite. I don't have much money so I can't afford topical creams , lipo, etc. I'm just praying that I can at least reduce the appearance of the cellulite and it seems to be working. When I'm not on the Master Cleansing Fast, I eat a lot of protein and vegetables. If I have forgotten anything, PLEASE HELP!!! I also ask for questions from people so I can practice my extemporaneous question answering and speaking skills for the interview portion of the pageant.
Congratulations on your titles and thanks for offering to help.

.jpg) | Hi Marieann, I would love ANY advice you feel led to send me! i can tell you that I am working on the following things right now in the following ways: Physical- Diet and exercise. I work out 5-6 days a week utilkizing body sculpting with weights, cardio, and Pilates. My goal is 50 lbs lost and I only have 14 to go. Mental- 1) Includes how I am preparing myself to be aware and well versed on current world events. 2) I am presenting my pltaform issue to many groups and sharing as a motivational speaker to help develop my leadership skills. I am also a counselor and I facilitate groups (substance dependence recovery and transitioners from prisons) to help me present my self with authority , empathy, and vulnerability. I also participate in Toastmaster's International to refine my speaking skills and speak regularly in front of my group. Spiritual- I spend time with God each day and pray for His will to be done in my life. I pray that He will use me to help others recover and that I will prepared for His calling. I also meditate and do visualization. My beauty routine is like a book in itself so we can maybe talk about that by phone. One thing I'm really working on is the appearance of cellulite in my upper thighs. I sue the sauna wraps while working out and

 | My friends and I do something like your clothing swap, we're just less organized about it :) We're always fluctuating weight and style, so we just swap whatever clothes we don't want. Might be fun to make a party out of it though, I'll have to try that. I've also found that taking good care of my clothes makes me more green: the longer a dress lasts, the longer I can go without having to get a new one (therefore, less waste). That, and anything that I grow out of and my friends don't want goes to Goodwill- secondhand clothing is a good way to get green on a budget, too.

 | I get giddy too! True story, I love comments. Yeah, I try to be as green as possible, generally speaking. It can be tough because the stuff I love tends to be pricey, but like you said, the industry is moving that way-- I'm waiting for H&M to do a green line. Wouldn't that be brilliant?
