Have you ever noticed that the celebs that always get picked as best dressed, are fashionable but still incorporate their styles into their outfits?

      Look at Leighton Meester's outfit. Her LBD (little black dress) showed off her toned legs and her beautiful shoulders. This is a Blair Waldorf style but Leighton made it her own by playing Blair Waldorf in the new, hot TV show, "Gossip Girl". But at the same time it is still very sexy and fashionable.  

       What about Rihanna Fenty. She is wearing a very colorful, spunky, but floral minidress. Normally, when you think of floral you probably don't think of something very edgy and funky. But, Rihanna pulls this mini off spectacularly with her sculptured legs and emphasized her waist.

         Vanessa Hugdens is a petite girl. But with this dress it illudes some very nice curves to her body. With the sweetheart top and the form fit of the dress it illudes a larger bust to make her have a beautiful porportion. Then this fabric with the ruffles give it a more edgy and fashion look.

         Blake Lively, the star of Gossip Girl, pulls off this dress with such elegance. Yes, it is a short dress but with her perfect legs and the one strap over the shoulder she radiates. The belt emphasizes her gorgeous hourglass figure. Then this color is definitely Blake Lively style!

         Rachel Bilson is modest but at the same time sexy. She shows off some skin with her oversize slits for her toned arms to give a sexy look but to balance out these sexy slits she uses a high-neck dress. The band around her waist gives the dress color and the Rachel style.

         So there are ways of still being fashionable but at the same time, keeping your style. Fashion is temporary but style is forever.
