Anyone who knows ME , knows I' m a HUGE Ne-Yo fan. When I heard that he had been added to R. Kelly' s Double Up tour, my heart thumped with joy. Unfortunately, it seems that I have celebrated prematurely. According to the latest reports, Ne-Yo has been dropped from the Double Up tour due to some contractual issues.
