It's a sad day in the world of comedy. Borat won't be returning to the screen.. His creator Sasha Baron Cohen announced today the he is retiring the clueless Kazakh journalist, as well as his alter ego, aspiring rapper Ali G.

It looks like Sasha is going for serious roles these days. Or at least wants to be taken seriously as an actor. You can catch him this month in theaters as singing barber in Tim Burton’s "Sweeney Todd".

I'm gonna miss Borat a lot, I feel there are lots of unexplored places in our culture Borat could learn. Maybe he will come back for a visit in lets say 10 years from now. That would be interesting
