Body >> It Hair My curly nature 05/25/2007 04:04 PM Fall/winter 07 runways All my life I've been fighting my curls. Straighteners, hair lotions, anti-freezers, curl irols, old-fashioned rolls, relaxing procedures - I've tried it all. You can imagine the amount of time and money spent on fighting my curly nature. What can I do? I just love myself with smooth, silky, flowing har! I do try to go curly sometimes but this just doesn't feel right with my wardrobe and style. I really believe hair is part of your personal style and if you decide on certain line you have to consider the hair style. All my closet is "straight hair" modern elegant looking pieces, almost no prints or bright colors, not to mention there is no boho-chic on my style list. I've been trying to find a way to wear curls in a certain way so they fit my style and I was surprised to see some curly heads on the recent fall/winter 07 runways. The curls that models were wearing had more stucture and sophistication and made me thinking about giving my curls another chance. Comments (1) You are so right! I have really really curly hair and I'm always trying to find ways to make them not so frizzy. So a few summers ago i had my hair permanently straightened which seemed to work until my roots started growing out. So I had this weird awkward point where i would only have to straighten like halfway down my hair.
