Cat Eyes have been seen on most runways for this upcoming fall (see Prada look on the left) and you will definitely see it on the street. A perfect accessory to the 60s mini dresses, Audrey Hepburn inspired make up is the next trend. Is a pencil really that much better than liquid eye liner?

I found that pencil is much easier to use, unless you can draw really well. If you apply pencil and then smudge it with a small brush, you get less "painted" look, which eyeliner sometimes creates... so I guess I'm a pencil fan
