Britney Spears has signed on to tour the world in 2009 to promote her new album Circus, and that will require her total attention and focus.  And so, Brit has decided to ban alcohol for herself and no booze for anyone in her entourage.  I say, good call!  Stick to the Starbucks Britney....More here
