The whole Spears clan spent time together over the weekend to help Britney celebrate her two sons' birthdays. Sean and Jayden had a fun-filled Saturday with personalized mini, motorized cars, balloons and tons of gifts! Grandma Lynne spent some one on one with her newest grandchild, Maddie Briann, daughter of Jamie Lynn. More here
