While Ali Landry was pregnant she craved vegetables. She gained 35 pounds (the average is usually 40 pounds). So how did she lose mostly all of it? She thanks a dedicated workout regimen — but it wasn’t easy.
“I thought once I had the baby I would run again. Two weeks after she was born, I got on the treadmill and I didn’t think about the nursing and the pain,” she says. “It hurt!
