It Designer Brand: Marina Ilchenko's 'MARUSYA'

This evening at The Peninsula Hotel on Fifth Avenue, Moscow-native luxury designer Marina Ilchenko unveiled for New York her latest fine fur collection, Marusya. 

This season, Marusya (established in 2002) is all about glamour, exotic skins and the world's most luxurious materials.  From mink, fox, chinchilla, crocodile, to lizard skins -- Ilchenko spared no expense; and it shows, quite beautifully I might add.

The story behind her collection is centered on confidence, sexiness and ferocity -- hence, she uses exotic materials.  Typified by shades of white, black, brown, silver, gray, beige and camel -- this collection is classic and feminine, and absolutely craveable.
