Gwyneth Paltrow was spotted leaving her hotel on her way to Jay-Z and Beyonce’s wedding reception on Friday, wearing all white.

Traditionally, white dress is not very appropriate for weddings, but it looks like celebrities live by their own rules these days.

Sure I'd do it if I loved the dress and I knew the bride didn't mind. Traditional wedding "rules" are give and take, it's the couple I think that decides whether you have to follow them or not.

If I was asked to wear white, I would definitely wear white or whatever color the happy couple specified. It is after all their day. Color is symbolic for people. Also, we all wore white at my mother's funeral. It was symbolic of her transition to Heaven. Everything was white limos, clothes etc.
