The general consensus is out there and there's a comparison between the new host of daytime tv and the icon as in -whose going to win in the ratings battle. Folks have been idolizing the queen for many moons now (Oprah) but some in the industry feel it's time for some new blood & speculates whether WENDY is the new reigning queen of daytime talk and what a force to be reckeoned with this, no holds barred, telling it like it is- Wendy Williams!

The former veteran of talk radio who was recently inducted into the Talk Radio Hall of Fame. Ms. Wendy has left her gig on radio to play to a diverse & younger group of audience on daytime television. The audience seems to love her brand of humor. The segments of doling out advice, varied guests, direct 'in your face' questions from Wendy, gossip, and just keeping it 'real' vibe of talking on her love of wigs to how women will get their just desserts from getting involved with a married man, Williams Wendy might have found her eureka.

As a viewer, the first impression of the Wendy Williams show left me undecided whether to watch because although I enjoyed the gossip& advice segment, I felt she didn't connect well with the cooking guest segments, however, since my initial review, I find the show has improved in all segments. Wendy Williams is no Oprah Winfrey but, she definitely has an agenda and a woman from Jersey with an agenda bears watching, just sayin'
