Yes, the cool Mr. Depp is making a movie here. Actually, he's filming in a section of Shy Towns Suburbia. The movie "Public Enemies" depicts the life and crimes of the notorious bank robber, John Dillinger, who was shot and killed by members of the FBI right here in the Windy City.
Fans of the gracious and chivalrous actor lined up outside where the movie crew were shooting in the wee hours of the morning just to get a glimpse of the star. When Johnny Depp arrived on the scene, he gave his fans something to remember. Not only did he stop to acknowledge their presence but, he approached to shake hands and chit-chat as well.
I don't know of many stars who would hold up their work on the set to mingle with fans milling about, but, this only proves that Johnny Depp is a man of many qualities...don't know if I'll want to see this latest caper, I'm not big on bank robbers...However, I did love watching Bonnie and Clyde with Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway
